ISLAMABAD, April 25 (APP): State Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage Marriyum Aurangzeb said the China Culture Centre is unique opportunity for cultural exchange between the youth of both countries.
Addressing the gathering at the opening ceremony of China Culture Centre at Pakistan National Council of the Arts here Tuesday, Marriyum Aurangzeb said that the people of Pakistan and China will have the opportunity to understand the historical aspect of both the countries besides the culture, norms, values and traditions
She said that China and Pakistan are long tested friends, our friendship is higher than mountains deepen than sea and stronger than iron. The Culture Centre will provide an opportunity to understand the diversity of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), said the Minister.
Marriyum Aurangzeb said that the Chinese governments’ trust in PML-N government brought 65 countries of the world under one belt of CPEC. She said “One Belt, One Road” will promote trade and bring prosperity in the country.
The Minister of State said CPEC is included several infrastructural and energy projects which will open new era of development in the country.
Chinese Ambassador Sun Weidong, Director General PNCA Jamal Shah were also present on the occasion.
The Centre will showcase the Pakistani and Chinese cultural through pictures, portraits, painting, short films, folk performances, traditional music and heritage of both countries.
