ISLAMABAD, July 17 (APP): PML-N MNA Danyal Aziz has said that report of the Joint Investigation Team has now become questionable beyond any doubt as the Supreme Court has declared that the report is not binding for the three-member bench.
He stated this while talking to media outside the Supreme Court premises after a three-member bench of the apex court headed by Justice Ajaz Afzal Khan and comprising Justice Azmat Saeed Sheikh and Justice Ajaz ul Ahsan, adjourned first hearing after JIT report was submitted previous Monday.
Daniyal Aziz claimed that the judges had raised questions about the JIT report. “These documents have now become questionable and the process has become suspicious due to certain factors, like Volume No. 10 of the report. Volume 10 of the JIT report is about international jurisdiction of Metual Legal Assistance (MLA).
