ISLAMABAD, Mar 24 (APP):Islamabad Marathon 2019 held here to pay tribute to valiant Pakistan Armed Forces and give a message to the world that Pakistanis are a peace loving nation.
The significance of the marathon event was aimed at showing solidarity with Pakistan Armed Forces. The way Pakistan Air Force foiled the nefarious designs of the adversary by shooting down its aircraft was highly commendable.
Athletes, children and people from different walks of lives participated in the Marathon.
It kicked off from Kulsom chowk Islamabad and concludes at Damn-e-Koh.
