Dollar gains 09 paisa in interbank, closed at Rs 151.56

ISLAMABAD, June 12 (APP): The exchange rate of dollar jumped by 09 paisa in interbank and was traded at Rs 151.56 as compared to the last closing at Rs 151.47, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) reported on Wednesday.

However according to Forex association of Pakistan the buying and selling rates of dollar in open marker recorded at Rs 151.30 and Rs 152.

The SBP further reported that in interbank the price of Euro increased by 30 paisa  after which it was traded at Rs 171.68 against  Rs 171.38 of  last day.

The price of Japanese yen remained constant at Rs 1.39, whereas the increase of 48 paisa was witnessed in exchange rate of British Pound which was traded at Rs 193.06 as compared to last closing at Rs 192.58.

Exchange rates of UAE Dirham and Saudi Rayal increased by 03 paisa each after which they were traded at Rs 41.26 and Rs 40.41 against Rs 41.23 and Rs 40.38 respectively.
