ISLAMABAD, June 13 (APP): The exchange rate of dollar soared by Rs 1.34 in interbank and was traded at Rs 152.90 as compared to the last closing at 151.56, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) reported on Thursday.
The SBP further reported that in interbank the price of Euro increased by Rs 01 after which it was traded at Rs 172.68 against Rs 171.68 of last day.
The price of Japanese yen gain 02 paisa after which it was traded at Rs 1.41 against Rs 1.39, whereas the increase of 67 paisa was witnessed in exchange rate of British Pound which was traded at Rs 193.73 as compared to last closing at Rs 193.06.
Exchange rates of UAE Dirham jumped by 36 paisa whereas Saudi Riyal gains 35 paisa after which they were traded at Rs 41.62 and Rs 40.76 against Rs 41.26 and Rs 40.41 respectively.
