ISLAMABAD, June 18 (APP): Federal minister for Privatization Muhammed mian Soomro here on Tuesday chaired the third meeting of the transaction committee for privatization of National Power Parks Management Committee Limited (NPPMCL).
Speaking at the outset the minister directed all the stakeholders to urgently resolve all issues for smooth flow of the privatization Process and also strictly follow the timelines.
The Financial Advisor for the transaction, M/s Credit Suisse briefed the Committee regarding the progress of privatization of NPPMCL.
The meeting was attended by Secretary Privatization Division, members of the Privatization Commission and representatives of Power Division, Petroleum Division, Finance Division, Law & Justice Division, Ministry of Planning, Development & Reforms, NPPMCL, NEPRA, CPPA (G), PPIB & SNGPL.
