ISLAMABAD, June 14 (APP): The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Friday continued to witness bullish trend as KSE 100 index jumped by 169.88 points (0.48 percent) to close at 35,572.95 points.
A total of 167,876,970shares were traded, whereas the value of shares traded during the day stood at Rs 7.553 billion.
Out of 338 companies, share prices of 156 companies recorded increase while 160 companies registered decrease whereas 22 companies remained stable in today’s trading.
The three top traded companies were Maple Leaf with a volume of 15,451,000and price per share of Rs 25.30, TRG Pakistan Ltd with a volume of 11,55,3,000 and price per share of Rs 17.72and Fauji cement with a volume of 10,968,500 and price per share of Rs 16.92.
The top advancer was Nestle Pakistan with the increase of Rs 139.98 per share, closing at Rs 7087 while Bata Pakistan was runner up with the increase of Rs 29.90 per share, closing at Rs 1342.
The top decliners were Colgate Palmolive with the decrease of Rs 50 per share, closing at Rs 2050 and Wyeth Pakistan Ltd XD with the decrease of Rs 17.23 per share closing at Rs 746.17
