ISLAMABAD, Sep 01(APP): Namaz-e-Janaza of veteran journalist, scholar and Editor-in-Chief Pakistan Observer Zahid Malik was offered at H-8 graveyard here Thursday evening.
The Namaz-e-Janaza was attended by Federal Minister for Information Senator Pervaiz Rashid, State Minister for CADD Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, large number of media persons, representatives of civil society and general public.
Mr. Zahid Malik died at the age of 79 this morning following protracted illness. He was suffering from multiple diseases for the last few months.
