British High Commissioner call on NSA

ISLAMABAD, April 03 (APP): British High Commissioner to Pakistan Thomas Drew Tuesday called on National Security Adviser (NSA) Lt. General (R) Nasser Khan Janjua here to discussed matters pertaining to regional peace, security and stability with reference to evolving political and security stability.
NSA explained the complexities of the perpetual conflict and highlighted the role played and contributions made by Pakistan to fight the menace of terrorism.
NSA reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to peace and stability of the region and said that Pakistan had always supported all peace initiatives for regional security.
The Ambassador acknowledged and appreciated Pakistan’s efforts against terrorism and also highlighted the positive role of British Government for a sustainable peace.
