ISLAMABAD, March 13 (APP): Minister of State for Interior, Shehryar Khan Afridi on Wednesday said it was a unified responsibility to keep environment clean and avoid sufferings because of polluted environment.
He expressed these while addressing Spring Tree Plantation campaign organized by National University of Science and Technology (NUST) with collaboration with Islamabad Capital administration here at NUST the Minister said that dynamic youth of Pakistan will accomplish this great cause and environmental change is affecting the whole world. He said we are putting our best efforts to complete this task. He said youth is our pride and future and we have ability and potential to surprise world. “We want to engage youth in good initiatives being taken including tree plantation, which is need of the hour,” he said.
He emphasize that Pakistani students have the potential and they have to prepare themselves to meet those global standards.
Sheryar said Pakistan is a sovereign country and it needs no certificate from anyone to decide its matters in its own national interest. He said “no one can undermine the capacity of Pakistan political and military leadership is on one page and efforts to make Pakistan unstable Pakistan will never succeed.
