China pakistan FTA phase 2 becomes effective: Dawood


ISLAMABAD, jan 15(APP): Adviser  to Prime Minister Abdul Razaq Dawood  has said The second phase of China-Pakistan Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA) has come into effect, allowing Pakistani manufacturers and traders to export more than 300 new products to the Chinese market for zero duty charges. He was addressing as a chief  at Seminar on CPFTA-2 here on Wednesday at local hotel.

Adviser on Commerce said CPFTA will eliminate tariff on 313 tariff lines which will cover $8.7 billion worth of Pakistan global exports and 90% of Chinese global exports as well as this heralds a new dawn for Pakistani exports.
