BRUSSELS, Dec 08(APP): Chairman EU Pak Friendship Federation Europe, Chaudry Perveiz Iqbal Losar met one-on-one with Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and apprised him about Federation activities in Europe.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi informed Losar that his meetings with the Members of European Parliament, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs, NATO Secretary General and Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister of Belgium were very fruitful.
He discussed various issues with the EU leadership and briefed them about the current situation of Afghanistan. He said that his meeting with Foreign Minister of Belgium was also very fruitful and both sides are agreed to further enhance bilateral relations between the two countries.
Losar congratulated the Foreign Minister Qureshi for his historic meetings with the Members of European Parliament, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs, NATO Secretary General and Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister of Belgium and proposed that Pakistan should also enhance bilateral relations with other European countries such as France, Netherlands, Italy.
