LAHORE, Sep 2 (APP): Eid-ul-Azha is being celebrated Saturday in commemoration of the supreme sacrifice offered by Hazrat Ibrahim and his son Hazrat Ismail in the fulfillment of the divine order.
Special prayers were offered for the prosperity of the country and unity among the Muslim Ummah.
After Eid prayers‚ the faithful are performing the sacred ritual of slaughtering sacrificial animals in commemoration of Hazrat Ibrahim’s (AS) sacrifice. APP/ia
