{"id":11605,"date":"2016-09-07T10:07:52","date_gmt":"2016-09-07T10:07:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vid.app.com.pk\/vid\/?p=11605"},"modified":"2016-09-07T10:07:52","modified_gmt":"2016-09-07T10:07:52","slug":"pm-announces-billion-rupees-projects-for-chitral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vid.app.com.pk\/vid\/2016\/09\/pm-announces-billion-rupees-projects-for-chitral\/","title":{"rendered":"PM announces billion rupees\u2019 projects for Chitral"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 696px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-11605-1\" width=\"696\" height=\"557\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/x-flv\" src=\"http:\/\/vid.app.com.pk\/vid\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/PM-addresses-public-gathering-at-Chitral-07-09-16.flv?_=1\" \/><a href=\"http:\/\/vid.app.com.pk\/vid\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/PM-addresses-public-gathering-at-Chitral-07-09-16.flv\">http:\/\/vid.app.com.pk\/vid\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/PM-addresses-public-gathering-at-Chitral-07-09-16.flv<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>ISLAMABAD, Sept 7 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Wednesday announced billions of rupees mega projects for Chitral.<br \/>\nAddressing to a public gathering, the Prime Minister announced for establishing university for the people of Chitral. \u201cIn past, no one considered for Chitral,\u201d he said while announcing that more projects are ahead including power generation, health and infrastructure.<br \/>\nIt is worth mentioning here that PM Nawaz Sharif is visiting Chitral to review progress on various development projects.<br \/>\nPM Sharif also announced special grant of Rs17 billion for construction of roads, concretization of streets and establishing markets\/ bazaars. \u201cIn last three years we provided Rs10 billion and Rs8 billion will be provided next year\u201d announced the Prime Minister while expressing government\u2019s commitment for development of the area.<br \/>\nThe Prime Minister further said that Lowari Tunnel project would be completed by June next. \u201cThe project remained pending for the last 55 years,\u201d he said adding that present government would not leave any effort to serve the people.<br \/>\nMoreover, the Prime Minister inaugurated 108MW Golen Gol Hydropower Plant (GGHPP), which would provide electricity to 100 villages of Chitral.<br \/>\nFurther to other projects, the Prime Minister also announced construction of a 250 beds modern hospital under PM\u2019s Health initiatives.<br \/>\nPM Sharif said the government was working hard on development projects without considering hostility expressed by opponents.
