The participant countries also exchanged information and opinions on important issues of mutual interest including joint training and military exercises.<\/p>\n<p>The participating countries besides Pakistan as a host country \u00a0including China, Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and \u00a0India, whereas Belarus attended the meeting as the observer state.<\/p>\n<p>The participant states appreciated Pakistan for successfully holding the 9th EWG meeting and \u00a0also thanked for the hospitality.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(RAWALPINDI),\u00a0 Feb 20 :- The 9th Defense &amp; Security Expert Working Group (EWG) meeting of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) \u00a0was held \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0here from Feb 19 &#8211; 20 .
