In his meeting with the Afghan Ambassador, the Prime Minister highlighted Pakistan\u2019s commitment for peace and stability in the region and particularly in Afghanistan. The Prime Minister reiterated Pakistan\u2019s support for Afghan-led and Afghan-owned reconciliation process. The Afghan Ambassador conveyed the commitment of Afghan government to work for furthering bilateral relations between the two countries that have significant historical, cultural, economic and political linkages.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to US Ambassador David Hale, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of engagement to pursue common objectives and other issues of mutual interest.
