Brussels, Feb 06 (APP): AJK President Sardar Muhammad Masood Khan on Monday said that peace in South Asia is linked to resolution of Kashmir issue.
In his address at European Parliament at Brussels, he said Pakistan has always supported Kashmir freedom movement at every national and international fora and it will continue to do so till the independence of Kashmir.
He strongly condemned Indian atrocities and barbarism on innocent Kashmiris.
He said the people of Indian Occupied Kashmir had been suffering atrocities committed by Indian security forces for last seventy years and the conflict persisted despite efforts at several fronts.
He said the best way to help people of Kashmir was to gather international support for the peaceful solution of the issue as envisaged in the UN resolutions.
He said Pakistani and Kashmiri diaspora in the Europe could be instrumental in gaining support in institutions of European Union.
