ISLAMABAD, Feb 07 (APP): The government says Election Commission will be granted complete financial and administrative autonomy under the electoral reforms.
This was decided by the Federal Cabinet, which met in Islamabad under Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday.
The meeting discussed electoral reforms to ensure free, fair and transparent elections and other issues.
Addressing the cabinet, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said Government is taking initiatives in the crucially important health and education sectors. He said government is committed to provide quality health services free of cost to the deserving citizens.
