ISLAMABAD, March 27 (APP): In the knock-out round of First Mayor Football tournament United FC won its first match whereas Capital Youth FC snatched victory from its rival Friends FC team on plenty shoots.
In first match the United FC’s Uzair and Mani scored 1 goal each, leading the team with 2-1 against Al Faisal FC team.
The second match enthralled the expatiators with a tough competition, both team leveled the score with 2-2 at the end of second half.
The result then decided through plenty shots where Capital FC managed to hold a tight grip on its plenty shoots and won the match.
Two matched will be played tomorrow, where Youth FC will play against Sohan FC and Federal FC will compete against Tramri FC.
