ISLAMABAD, April 11 (APP): President Mamnoon Hussain says participation of Belarus in China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) will bolster the economic progress of the region.
He was talking to Chairman of House of Representatives of Belarus Vladimir Andreinchenko in Islamabad on Tuesday.
The President stressed the need for exchange of educational, cultural and trade delegations between Pakistan and Belarus.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chairman of Belarusian House of Representatives said his country desires to be part of CPEC.
He said Belarus also wants enhanced cooperation with Pakistan in heath, education and pharmacy fields.
