Makkah Al Mukarrama, Dec 14 (APP): President Dr Arif Alvi on Friday visited Al Kiswa Factory in Makkah. During his visit to the factory, the president took greater interest to view various steps of preparation and sewing Al Kiswa (Ghulam-e-Kaaba).
The president also participated in stitching the Kiswa.
It is worthy to mention here that Ghilaf-e-Kaaba or kiswa is the cloth that covers the Holy Kaaba in Makkah.
