ISLAMABAD, March 22 (APP): March 23 is a mile stone in the history of Pakistan. It is the day of resolution; Pakistan Resolution March 23, 1940, When Muslims of the Indo-Pak Subcontinent decided to have a separate homeland later named as Pakistan.

The dream for an independent country was initially ridiculed by the rival majority. The commitment was unshakable. The homeland was built. Pakistan came into being only in 7 years, four months and 14 days after the Resolution of Pakistan was passed.

23rd March is celebrated every year in Pakistan as Pakistan Resolution Day, a resolution that refreshes the entire nation. The Armed Forces hold largest national parade on the day. The highest civil leadership joins the forces to express unity, clarity of vision, commitment and Resolution to make Pakistan a beautiful country. Children, teachers and youth refresh their dream for the homeland on the Day, the day of Pakistan Resolution.
