Dollar gains 3 paisa in interbank, closes at Rs 151.95

ISLAMABAD, MAY 22 (APP): The exchange rate of Dollar in interbank soared by 03 paisa and was traded at Rs 151.95 as compared to the last closing at Rs 151.92 , State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) reported on Wednesday.

However according to Forex association of Pakistan the buying and selling rates of Dollar in open Market recorded at Rs 152 and Rs 153.

The SBP further reported that in interbank the price of Euro is increased by 21 paisa after which it was traded at Rs 169.60 against Rs 169.39 of last day.

However, the price of Japanese yen decreased by 01 paisa and was traded at Rs 1.37 against Rs 1.38, whereas the decrease of  36 paisa was witnessed in exchange rate of British Pound which was traded at Rs 192.46 as compared to last closing at Rs 192.82.

Moreover, the Exchange rates of UAE Dirham remained constant at 41.36 whereas increase of 01 paisa was witnessed in exchange rate of Saudi Riyal after which it was traded at Rs 40.51 against Rs 40.50 of last day.
