PSX gains 125 point to close at 32,584 points

ISLAMABAD, July 22 (APP): The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Monday noted bullish trend as KSE 100 index gained 125.78 points (0.39 percent) to close at 32,584.55 points.

A total of 44,702,350 shares were traded, whereas the value of shares traded during the day stood at Rs 1.987 billion.

Out of 312 companies, share prices of 151 companies recorded increase while 138 companies registered decrease whereas 23 companies remained stable in today’s trading.

The three top traded companies were Maple Leaf with a volume of, 4,419,500 and price per share of Rs 19.21, TRG Pak Ltd with a volume of 3,765,000 and price per share of Rs 12.85 and Pak Elektron with a volume of 2,811,500 and price per share of Rs 15.88.

The top advancer was Indus Motor Company with the increase of Rs 13.72 per share, closing at Rs 1081.60 while Pak Oilfields was runner up with the increase of Rs 8.76 per share, closing at Rs 389.69.

The top decliners were Murree Brewery with the decrease of Rs 24.89 per share, closing at Rs 725.11 and Indus Dyeing with the decrease of Rs 21.51 per share closing at Rs 470.
