Govt striving to improve living standard of the masses: Firdous

SIALKOT, Sep 22 (APP): Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that the PTI government was striving to raise the living standard of the masses by ensuring the early and smooth provision of all the basic facilities at their doorsteps.

She stated this while addressing a public meeting held at village Bhaagowal-Sialkot (in her electoral constituency) after inaugurating the newly established NADRA Swift Registration Center (NSRC).

She said that Ehsaas Programme and Sehat Cards Programmes were proving themselves as the revolutionary programmes initiated by the Prime Minister Imran Khan. She said that Ehsaas Programme will also bring the poor and deserving people over the poverty line besides making them a part of the national social and economical development and prosperity besides helping a lot to end the social inequalities as well.

“Now, the poor and deserving people will also have their easy access to their easy medical treatment in government hospitals through the Sehat Cards”, she added.

She said that PM Imran Khan intended to end the inferiority complex of the poor, deserving and oppressed people by putting them into the journey of national development, progress and prosperity as well.

She said that the PTI government’s revolutionary economical policies were now bearing fruits and the people were getting relief , as the government was also making all out sincere efforts to curb the menace of the inherited crisis. She said the government was making very tough decisions for providing maximum relief to the people in the larger national interest.

She said that the government was successfully promoting the culture of “Ease of Doing Business” for establishing a strong industrial based, strengthening the national economy through increasing the national exports.
