PSX sheds 37 points to close at 36,765 points

ISLAMABAD, Nov 12 (APP): Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Tuesday noted bearish trend as KSE 100 index closed at 36,765.56 points as compared to 36,803.10 points on the last working day with the negative change of 37.54 points (0.10 %).

A total of 292,060,810 shares were traded compared to the trade of 282,944,821 shares during the previous day, whereas the value of shares traded during the day stood at Rs 9.991 billion compared to Rs 9.094 billion during last trading day.

Total 381 companies’ transacted shares in the Stock Market today, out of which 195 recorded gain and 173 sustained losses whereas the share price of 13 companies remained unchanged.

The three top traded companies were Unity Foods Ltd XD with a volume of 16,150,500 shares and price per share of Rs 11.18, Pak Elektron with a volume of 16,082,500 and price per share of Rs 20.72 and TRG Pak Ltd with a volume of 14,630,000 and price per share of Rs 19.46.

Unilever Foods XD recorded the maximum increase of Rs 110 per share, closing at Rs 6717 while Bata (Pak) was runner up with the increase of Rs 71.21 per share, closing at Rs 1856.59.

Colgate Palm recorded maximum decrease of Rs 30 per share, closing at Rs 1950 whereas Sapphire Fiber decreases Rs 27.50 per share closing at Rs 572.50.
