PSX gains 11.63 points to close at 43,207points

ISLAMABAD, Jan 14 (APP): Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Tuesday noted bearish trend as KSE 100 index closed at 43,207.04 points as compared to 43,218.67 points on the last working day with the negative change of 11.63 points (0.03 %).

A total of 249,669,660 shares were traded compared to the trade 366,135,385 shares during the previous day, whereas the value of shares traded during the day stood at Rs 7.802 billion as compared to Rs 10,799 billion during last trading day.

Total 376 companies’ transacted shares in the Stock Market today, out of which 173 recorded gain and 187 sustained losses whereas the share price of 16 companies remained unchanged.

The three top traded companies were, Bank of Punjab with a volume of 18,020,500 shares and price per share of Rs 13.38, TRG Pak Ltd with a volume of 16,478,500 and price per share of Rs 28.32and TPL Corp Ltd with a volume of 14,610,500 and price per share of Rs 5.86.

Shezan Inter recorded the maximum increase of Rs 24.99 per share, closing at Rs 558.99 while Mehmood Tex was runner up with the increase of Rs 21 per share, closing at Rs 442.

Colgate Palm recorded maximum decrease of Rs 100 per share, closing at Rs 2500 whereas Nestle Pakistan decreases Rs 75 per share closing at Rs 8000.
