ISLAMABAD, Mar 20 (APP): The exchange rate of US Dollar against Pakistani rupee jumped up by Rs 0.10 in interbank on Friday and traded at Rs 158.67 against Rs 158.57 on last trading day, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) reported.
The SBP further reported that in interbank, the price of Euro depreciated by Rs 0.99 and traded at Rs 171.18 against the last closing of Rs 172.17 on last trading day.
The Japanese yen depreciated by Rs 0.01 to close at Rs 1.44 against Rs 1.45 whereas a increase of Rs 4.76 was witnessed in the exchange rate of British Pound which was traded at Rs 188.31 as compared to its last closing of Rs 183.55.
The Exchange rate of UAE Dirham witnessed increase of Rs 0.03 and was trade at Rs 43.20 as compared to Rs 43.17 of last trading day whereas Saudi Rayal gained Rs 0.04 and was traded at Rs 42.19 against Rs 42.15, SBP reported.
