Talking to the media persons, he lamented that private hospitals have created serious problems for the smooth flow of traffic in the provincial capital. “The management of the majority of the hospitals had earmarked parking places in their maps approved from the concerned government departments before construction of their respective hospital building, however, the survey revealed that on the ground there was no facility of the parking for the visiting patients.
It was also learned during the survey that in the parking areas laboratories have been established. The crackdown would continue until the management of the private hospitals come up with a viable solution to parking places and other violations of the building code, Mengal maintained.
