BAHAWALPUR, Jan 06 (APP):Additional Inspector General South Punjab Police Capt (retd) Zafar Iqbal Awan visited Command and Control Centre Bahawalpur here on Thursday.
Regional Police Officer Bahawalpur Sher Akbar briefed him about the functioning and performance of the center.
Additional IG said that a quick response should be given to Pukar 15 calls. He said that online monitoring of police stations should be ensured for transparency. He said that CCTV cameras in the offices of SHOs, and other rooms of police stations should be functional. Additional IG directed that no negligence will be tolerated in the monitoring of the Hotel Eye app. He also inspected Vehicle Tracking System.
