WASHINGTON DC (USA), June 07 (APP): Pakistan’s Ambassador in USA Aizaz Chaudhry said that the mistrust between Pakistan and Afghanistan is blocking the progress in achieving the objective of peace. He stressed that there is an opportunity for both Pakistan and the US to work together to achieve peace in Afghanistan.
He was addressing at a panel discussion on “Regional Perspective on US Strategy in Afghanistan” at South Asian Centre, Atlantic Council here Wednesday.
Aizaz Chaudhry further said that we want to see a peaceful, stable, prosperous and sovereign Afghanistan. He narrated that terrorism under any pretext is not acceptable to us.
