ISLAMABAD, Feb 8 (APP): Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) here Wednesday predicted that mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during next 24 hours.
However, cloudy weather conditions with light rain and light snowfall over the hills is expected at isolated places of Malakand, Hazara, Rawalpindi divisions, Islamabad, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, the met office said.
During last 24 hours, weather remained cold and dry in most parts of the country. However, light rain occurred in Kalam and light snow in Astore. The lowest minimum temperature was recorded at Skardu -10°C, Parachinar -08°C, Astore -07°C, Kalat, Gupis, Chitral -06°C, Kalam, Drosh, Malamjabba -04°C, Bagrote, Dir -03°C and Zhob -02°C.
