ISLAMABAD Feb 09 (APP): A meeting of National Action Plan (NAP) Implementation Committee on Thursday is underway with National Security Adviser, General (R) Nasser Janjua in the chair-chairing meeting here at Islamabad.
Chief Secretaries from all the provinces, Gilgit Baltistan and AJK briefed the committee on work done till date in accordance with respective directions. The meeting was informed about the Federal Cabinet’s decisions on Afghan Refugees.
Steps taken on mainstreaming of Madrassas also highlighted during the meeting.
DG Military Operations and senior officials from IB and ISI are also attending the meeting and briefed the committee on their respective performance.
The committee lauded the performance shown and progress made by the intelligence agencies and Law Enforcement Agencies’.
