ISLAMABAD, Aug 18 (APP): American professional bodybuilder Kai Greene said that Pakistani youth has a great potential and courage to become the best in the world.
Kai Greene was addressing a ceremony organized by Islamabad Bodybuilding Association (IBA) today in a local hotel he said that he loves Pakistan and its people and the youth of Pakistan have a bright future ahead in bodybuilding.
Six international bodybuilders including Kai Greene, Tom Coleman and Adam Paz from United States to showcase their skills in Fitness Expo Lahore this month, to promote bodybuilding in Pakistan.
Mayor Islambad Sheikh Ansar, CEO Dubai Fitness Expo Abid Mirza, Chairman Islamabad Bodybuilding Association (IBA) Noman Shah, President IBA Haider Shah, professional bodybuilders Tom Coleman and Adam Paz were also present on the occasion.
Kia Greene expressed his full support to promote professional bodybuilding in Pakistan, he said bodybuilding needs to be encouraged in young generation and he is here to play his role.
Speaking on the occasion Mayor Islamabad Sheikh Ansar lauded the initiative by IBA to promote healthy activities in Islamabad.
Mayor Islamabad said uplifting sports activities is the top priority of PML-N government. He said that Multipurpose sports stadiums and grounds are under construction in Islamabad.
A new Astroturf hockey ground will be completed soon in Islamabad to help revive Hockey in Islamabad, he said.
