JEDDAH (KSA) August 7 (APP): Brigadier Salman Abdul Aziz Yahya, Director Saudi Passport and Immigration on Wednesday said Saudi authorities have detected 300 fake visas and deported the persons back to their countries.
Addressing to a press conference, the Brig Salman said some local agents could be possibly involved in the crime to issue fake visas.
He also informed that 1838339 pilgrims have been reached to Saudi Arabia from different parts of the world, including 868613 females.
He said passport and immigration directorate was working round the clock to facilitate pilgrims on airports and sea ports. He said all allied departments from health, Hajj and transport ministries were also rendering well with the directorate to make it a team work.
