ISLAMABAD, Nov 19 (APP): Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Tuesday noted bullish trend as KSE 100 index closed at 38,564.37 points as compared to 38,411.56 points on the last working day with the positive change of 152.81 points (0.40 %).
A total of 385,321,010 shares were traded compared to the trade of 466,079,440 shares during the previous day, whereas the value of shares traded during the day stood at Rs 14.059 billion compared to Rs 15.505 billion during last trading day.
Total 390 companies’ transacted shares in the Stock Market today, out of which 187 recorded gain and 177 sustained losses whereas the share price of 26 companies remained unchanged.
The three top traded companies were K-Electric Ltd with a volume of 27,535,000 shares and price per share of Rs 4.36, Bank of Punjab with a volume of 25,028,500 and price per share of Rs 11.06 and dost steels Ltd with a volume of 22,268,000 and price per share of Rs 5.45.
Nestle Pakistan XD recorded the maximum increase of Rs 58.75 per share, closing at Rs 6335 while Colgate Palm was runner up with the increase of Rs 41 per share, closing at Rs 2040.
Pak Tobacco recorded maximum decrease of Rs 124.50 per share, closing at Rs 2374 whereas Unilever Foods XD decreases Rs 100 per share closing at Rs 6900.
