ISLAMABAD, June 11 (APP): In the Public Sector Development Porogramme for fiscal year 2019-20 the federal government has allocated an amount of Rs 142.900 million for the Ministry of Human Rights.
According to the PSDP document issued here Tuesday, Rs 30 million has been allocated for the ongoing projects that include Implementation of Action Plan for Human Rights in Pakistan and Institutional Strengthening of the Ministry of Human Rights. Rs 67.900 million have been allocated for the two ongoing projects.
Rs 75 million have been allocated for the new projects that include Human Rights Information Management System (HRIMS), Human Rights Awareness Programme and Strengthening of Regional Directorate of Human Rights in Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi and Quetta.
